I responded to a Craigslist add. I had previous experience in collections. No problem getting an interview. When I met with the owner, he was very direct and to the point. He described the types of accounts they worked on, their commission and pay structure. The general run down of what a collections job entails. I was asked about my previous experience and how that would relate to their company.
