Behavioral questions such what kind of leadership roles I have taken; Describe a time where you had to debug something. Technical question consisted of designing a state machine and deriving flip flop input equations.
Advice: They are looking more at how you solve problems; not whether you get it right or not. Also the behavioral part is important.

Describe a time when a team member was not pulling his weight and what did you do?
