Interview Details – Initial application via email. Contacted by phone for immediate phone interview. Led to group interview process involving group and teamwork activities with local and district managers as well as other applicants. Contacted a couple days later for a third, face to face interview with local and district managers. Very prompt in responses, often next day or day after.
Interview Question – Several scenarios involving responses to different possible situations. Irate customers, dealing with long backed up lines and problems with false cheques, how to respond to criminal or violent activities. Answer Question
