Volunteer Coordinator Interview

Volunteer Coordinator
Hagerstown, MD

I applied online and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at National Park Service in June 2009.

Interview Details – After a brief screening phone interview which lasted 10-15 minutes I was asked to come in for a face to face interview. This lasted about an hour. We discussed my background, the position and I was given a few scenarios and asked for a response. I was called back for a second (third) interview with potential co-workers we discussed the position in more detail discussing salary and day to day operations (45 min). I was called back a week later and told the position had been offered to a more qualified applicant
