Interviewed Sep 2011 in Dulles, VA (took a day)
Excellent process, gatekeeper then series of four individual interviews including with human resources, direct report manage and two other managers. Met at headquarters, a new facility that has received national awards for its green approach. Locate in a fairly remote suburban area. Very quiet offices. All were great and I would enjoy working there with the exception of one officer that was predisposed in his decision. Good luck.

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Personality Test and a Background Check.
