Interviewed Feb 2011 in Santa Clara, CA (took a day)
I applied for an on campus interview from my university. When I arrived there were about 3-4 rooms with two employees from NSM in each interviewing candidates. The interview I had was with two employees that had attended the same university. Interview consisted of basic questions; know about the company, why you want to work for them specifically, and voice what skills you've developed from past job/intern experiences.

Interviewed Jun 2009 (took 2+ weeks)
There were multiple rounds. Started off with Contract Recruiting consultant followed by company HR. This was followed by a telephonic interview by the Hiring Manager. For the onsite interview, I was asked to make a presentation, which was followed by 7 individual interviews. The focus of the interview was my communication skills, analytical skills and knowledge of the subject. The people were very nice and friendly. My advice to other interviewers would be that be prepared for in depth analytical questions as well.

Interviewed Oct 2009 in Santa Clara, CA (took a day)
I submitted my resume through the school job site, and they called to schedule an interview on campus. It was a one on one interview with just the basic questions, how do you handle conflict? was there a time where you were reprimanded for you actions that you thought were correct? Half of the time we were chatting about personal life, and he didn't ask anything financially related at all. It lasted about 20 minutes, and he was very friendly.
He explained that this was not a high hour job, and that he had plenty of time away from work. He also said
that it is a pretty relaxed environment and the coworkers are very friendly and like to hang out outside of work.
The position was actually a rotation, which was not stated in the job description. He said that you will have a balance between working with people and working in excel.
