There was only 1 interview needed. The manager will ask simple question about your personality to find which job are suitable for you. As for product engineer in semiconductor, you should have the analytical skill of the graph reading. You should also know things like amplifier and its characteristics. After the interview, the manager straight away offer the the job as product engineer if you like to do data collection and analysis.
