    gate score,then Personal interview(HR, Technical..),they asked about myself, then they asked about my hobbies, then they turned round for technical questions from power system and machine ,
    they also asked bout my training and project I did.

    first of all applicants were shortlisted based on their marks ... from different deaprtments cutoff were different.. after resume shortlisting panel intrerview .. 5:1 panel
    panel consisted of 1 HR too. rest were technical experts i guess as they were putting up questions .
    interview started with my favourite topic (i mentioned digital ) a few questions on that .. simple and basic
    then they moved to their domain ..transducers (as an electronics engg my work is related with transducers only ).. question from every kind of transducer .. pressure, temperature, level etc (dont leave any area...)
    then about ntpc work(do little reasearch what ur role 'll be there )....then some hr questions like place of possting etc ....after interview at around 10 pm results were declared :)

    They generally asked for why u want to come in our company and were looking for strong,confident and straightforward person .so my advice to all is be what u are and always stay positive in the interview dont overanswer,or give reactions that do not belong to your nature
