Completed initial application with a recruiter and then received a call for the in-person interview, which took about 2 hours and consisted of a 1 on 1, then a 2 person panel, then a group of 3 managers.

First I got a call from a recruiter and had a phone interview. The questions were pretty basic. Then I went and had 1:1 interviews with two different hiring managers. Followed by job shadow with a current employment. Overall the process was very relaxed. I was offered the job at the end of the interview and came back a week to later to accept the offer.

Got a call from the recruiter and was told about different positions available. She forwarded me the job descriptions of the these positions and I reviewed them. I informed her of the position that was of interest to me and then a face to face interview was scheduled with the hiring manager.

During the course of the interview, I met with 3 different people. The first was the recruiter, the second was one of the managers that I would be working under, and the third was an actual representative. I was able to sit down with the representative to see what the job entailed, which was really nice. After that, the recruiter came back and small interview afterward. If you liked it and wanted to continue, you would need to take a drug test and background check. From the day I left the interview to the day I got the job offer - it was about three weeks.

Negotiation Details
The salary was non-negotiable, unfortunately. But there is a lot of room for growth and opportunity as soon as you start. All of the higher-ups are willing to work with you to get you where you need to be. Although everyone is pretty over qualified, it is easy to tell who is going to succeed.

I received a call from a human resources recruiter who setup an interview for the following week. The interview consisted of a human resources associate who briefed me on the company and answered any questions that I had. After that, a manager asked questions for about 10-15 minutes and then let me shadow a live call. Overall it was a comfortable process.
