Interviewed Feb 2010 (took 4+ weeks)
It was a seamless process with HR and then I had 1:1 interviews with three different people on the team. Most questions were about similar projects and how I handle them and about my interpersonal skills and how I apply them. It was professional, yet casual. I did so much preparation so I was ready and did not find it difficult. The people I interviewed with were extremely friendly and made me comfortable during the interview. After the third interview, the hiring manager made me an offer.

Interviewed Jan 2010 in Columbus, OH (took a day)
The interview was in-person, on campus at my school. It was for an MBA-level internship in marketing. Interviewer was nice, though she was a younger person from HR, so I unfortunately was not able to ask any real questions about their marketing strategy on anything more than a meta-level. Overall it was good; all fit, no case.

Interviewed Mar 2009 in Baltimore, MD (took 2 weeks)
Very professional employees. Response to my interview was the employer hired current employees in other area of the company who would otherwise be loosing their jobs. While I wanted the job very much I felt they owed it to their employees to consider them prior to hiring outside since they were loosing their jobs.

Interviewed Dec 2008 in Columbus, OH (took 2+ weeks)
When I first went there to apply, they pointed to a computer and said, "There's the kiosk. Enter your information. Figure it out on your own." Interviews there are as challenging as I have ever had.

Interviewed Jul 2009 (took a day)
It was a two phase process, first an phone interview followed by an in person interview. The interview team was the hiring manager, Hr and a peer underwriting manager. I t was a standard targeted selection interview. It was clear that the peer was young and inexperienced as was the hiring manager. HR added little to the process other than eye contact and jestures with hiring manager.

Interviewed Feb 2009 (took a day)
The interview lasted about 45 minutes. The questions were basic behavioral questions with some technical questions. I would say it was about 50:50 share of the conversation. The interviewer asked about a company I admired in terms of its marketing efforts. Overall, the interviewer was very pleasant. I felt that I built a favorable rapport with the interview, but I didn't get a second round interview.
