I applied through other source and the process took 3 months - interviewed at Nationwide in November 2010.
Interview Details – I first came into contact with Nationwide at a career fair. After an on-site interview at the fair, I waited one month before a phone interview was scheduled with the hiring manager. A few weeks later, I was asked to come to Columbus for a series of 1:1 interviews. In total, I met with 9 individuals before I was offered the job.
Interview Question – One of the interviewers asked me if would be comfortable moving to a different function after I accepted my job. Apparently, Nationwide offers opportunity for lateral moves to other teams but it's sometimes difficult to get promotions within your own department. Answer Question
