Interviewed Apr 2012 in Boston, MA (took a day)
My interview experience was mixed but raised some red flags
Interviewer #1 - 15 mins late. In the middle, he needed to take a call which created a delay for interviewer #2, hiring manaher
Interviewer #2 - was pressed for time. Didn't get a real good vibe from this individual
Interviewer #3 - HR... standard HR screen
Interviewer #4 - VP Best interviewer of all. Felt strong rapport with her.
Since my interview was on a Thursday, I found out that they had made an offer to another candidate on Tues.
Leads me to believe this was just a "courtesy" interview and that they probably already made their decision before I arrived for the interview. I think they were trying to keep the recruiter appeased. Oh well, lesson well learend

Interviewed Dec 2011 in New York, NY (took 2 weeks)
Did one Interview with the Hiring Manager and a month later did a second round interview with the same manager and was ultimately offered a position. Mostly it was a discussion...no teaser questions or anything like that. I would imagine that the interview process varies by manager.

Interviewed Nov 2010 (took 2 months)
Met with 3 individuals, HR rep, VP and Manager. 1 day interview. Nice people, appeared to be good atmosphere. HR rep appeared to be inexperienced. Straight questions off of a list and quick note taking then pushed to the VP and manager. VP and Manager were knowledgeable and peofessional. What made this experience negative was the slightly more than 2 months it took for a final decision and somewhat misleading updates in between.
