Initially candidate have to go for telephonic round with the human resources department of the Navtej kohli MD. After clearing this interview candidate have to go for written test or 50 questions , having reasoning , health related and English language capability questions . Afterwards team leader or line manager.

Negotiation phase is very good and director and HR talked with me very politely as well as they understand my problems
