Navy Federal Credit Union Requirements Analyst Senior Interview

Interview Details – I received a phonecall from a recruiter expressing interest in me interviewing for a job. She sent me a job description and scheduled my interview for the following week. She also sent a set of directions, some forms to fill out and request for a writing sample, but I didn't get this until I contacted her the day before the interview. She had forgotten to send it.

My interview wasn't very long. A panel of two people to me. They asked some technical questions and some soft skill questions,explained the project that they needed help on. It was very positive and I left quite hopeful.

I didn't hear anything. I sent some emails to different contacts and was told that the process is slow and it is still going on. But weeks later heard that the position was filled from within.
