Interview Details – it was not too long interview but it was not so professional. that job was with Eldredge people and no one else get to it so they accepted me quiet rapid. they asked me to sign a contact for six months and i did that. after a month they called and asked me to come to another interview and after that they told me i had accepted to the job.

Negotiation Details – it is important to negotiate in your degree for the years you are in that career.
Other Details - I applied online and the process took 2+ weeks.
