Interview Details – the recruiting agency called me for an interview in their offices. I passed and they called me to tell me so, and that I check my email for more details. They told me they have forwarded my details to the employer and if interested they will contact me. After a day, Nestle called me through the HR and went to meet them. In the evening of the same day, they called me to inform me that I passed the interview and I go to discuss other terms with the HR.
Interview Questions
Negotiation Details – the salary offer was fixed, take it or leave it. It stated that 80% of salary was fixed and 20% variable. on achieving sales target, i would be paid the remaining 20% as a variable. However, the MD changed the terms a year later and said the HR made mistake in hiring process, so there is nothing like variable pay in Nestle. I would hence forth be paid the fixed part only - 80% as per "The comapny policy"
Other Details - I applied through a staffing agency and the process took 2 days.
