I applied through an employee referral and the process took 3 months - interviewed at Nestlé Pakistan in March 2008.
Interview Details – The hiring process is fair and chance is given to the best candidate depending mainly on the person's communication skills and overall experience and how the person presents himself in the interview.
However the opportunity to present in an interview is only possible due to an employee referral in the company especially for support functions.
