Interview Details

One of the worst interview and the people. Behavior of people is inappropriate. Old boys club and typical south mentality exists as non-whites are less prefered

    Interview Details

    Initial communication was from a recruiter, process moved very quickly, was contacted and asked if interested, much information offered about the position. Upon their decision to interview me, I was in St. Louis within about 3 weeks and interviewed on a Friday. I was offered the position on Tuesday morning.

    Very quick, they knew my minimum going in to the interview, I was offered slightly over my minimum with substantially more opportunity for bonus over current position. I had to accept on the spot.
