I applied online and the process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at Nestlé Waters North America in March 2012.

Interview Details – 1st had a phone interview. Then a ride along, then if you pass that they will set you up with a face to face interview. Then a dot physical and drug screen

I applied online and the process took 2 days - interviewed at Nestlé Waters North America in October 2009.

Interview Details – They Used behavior based interviewing. I you go for an interview be prepared to answer questions with specific examples. They want to know the situation. What you did about the situation, and then fimally what was the result of the situation. If you can keep that format in mind you will do well on the interview
