Interviewed May 2011 in Athens (Greece) (took a day)
I had uploaded my CV through the company site and after several months I received a call from HR telling me that there was a position not announced in the site that my profile fits and if I was interested to continue to an interview. She gave me just few details of the job description and she sent me an e-mail to accept the invitation. Interview was arranged after 2 weeks. It was 1:1 interview with HR. I had to do an IQ test (comparing to tests of other companies this one is really bad), but they didn't inform me on the phone call about this. The recruiter didn't really know much about the responsibilities of the position offered and he told that if I pass to the next stage I could have a full description from the department manager. I had a very bad impression cause the recruiter was yawning and seemed bored. Additionally I asked whether they could provide me with any feedback when I received the rejection e-mail and they told that this was not possible, comparing to other companies that this option is available.

Interviewed Jul 2010 in Vevey (Switzerland) (took a day)
It was very stressful and difficult to even talk to the interviewer because he was using a blackberry during the interview and also calling somebody... I lost my motivation to join the firm immediately after I observed his behavior so I would not be able to tell you much but it was a full of disappointment.

Interviewed Jun 2011 in Noisiel (France) (took 3 weeks)
I was looking for a 6 months internship to complete my first year of studies (due to my school program).
My application was supportd by my last employer, which helped me to get the interview.
At first, after a few mail contacts, I was asked to come to the headquarters for my first interview that was then completed by a phone interview with a different person a couple days later.
I don't have much to say on this process as I am only 18 and this is was my first internship.
Otherwise, people are very friendy and the instalaltions are great.

Interviewed Mar 2009 (took a day)
The interview process starts with a driving test since the job entails a lot of traveling and I will be driving. After that there is what is called preliminary interview where your knowledge of the field of job is tested. After that there is what is called further interview. I think this days the preliminary interview has been replaced with written test. If you are successful at the further interview, then you will meet with the head of department who will assess you to know how well you are suited for the job. If he/she is satisfied then you will meet the MD which is the last and final stage. Often it is considered as formality however few people have been declined an offer at that stage due to little errors such as inappropriate dressing, lying etc.

Negotiation Details
Usually at the stages I was interviewed you can negotiate. They offer you what is for that role. However at a much senior role you can negotiate but this is uncommon because people grow up within the company.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Group/Panel Interview.
