Interviewed Jul 2009 in Barcelona (Spain) (took 3 weeks)
Everything began with a phone call from the HR responsible to get a first contact about interests and general skills. After a week they called me for a logic and a personality test which lasted an hour. I did pass it and went through a panel interview with both the Brand Manager and Marketing Director of the division. It was a very colloquial interview during which I was asked about my personal interests and marketing skills.

Interviewed Oct 2009 in Los Angeles, CA (took a day)
Basically typical behavioral interivew. Typical behavioral questions and experience related questions. I attended the information session about a month prior, made it through career center resume drop and attended first round interviews at our career center. Met with representative who was at information session so we talked a lot about the session and how it related to my past experiences and the career path.

Interviewed Nov 2008 in Glendale, CA (took 2 weeks)
Interviewed at university and then flew to headquarters for second round. Overall great experience and relaxed interviewing. Asked some finance questions, but it was centered around personality, motivations, experiences more than technical knowledge.

Interviewed Sep 2009 (took a day)
This is a description of the first screening interview conducted over the phone. I am going to have a second one in the next few days.
questions asked (in this order) :
1- explain in your own words what the job duties are (goal was to make sure I know what I was applying for)
2- why do you want to work for Nestlé
3- where do you see yourself in 5 years
4- why do you want to work in the food industry
5- are you geographically mobile
6- what languages do you speak
it seemed as if she was going through a list of questions; she had my CV in front of her.
I gave 4) and 2) the same answer.
