Originally applied in late August and heard back in late November that I had been selected for a phone interview.
Asked for background info, walk you through the resume questions as well as some general behavioral, such as,
2. Tell me about your most current time being a leader of a team and experiences or insights you made.
Was invited back after Thanksgiving for onsite interviews. This consisted of 2 days, 1st was a plant tour and meet and greet with other candidates as well as current Management Trainees. 2nd was the interview day, from 8AM to 12PM you are taken to 2:1 interviews every hour along with department heads. Mostly behavioral, but you could tell most interviewers were dying to get off of the scripted questions and simply talk with the candidate.

One of the first questions asked was, "Are you ok with 56k a year in salary, if not we don't think this is a right fit."

I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.

I got a phone call from a recruiter and was asked some basic profile questions. I got a call in about two weeks to come down to Davenport, IA for a one on one interview. The interview was 2 day and consisted on 4 group interview. The interview question were all behavioral questions.

I applied directly on the Purina career website. The day after I applied I received a phone call to set up a phone interview. The phone interview about a little over an hour long. I described my resume and work experience in extreme detail (make sure you can describe your experiences very thoroughly). There was 2 behavioral questions that were typical questions.
I then went to a Purina Plant location for my second round interview. The on site interview was 2 days long. The first day we met with current trainees and got a tour of the plant. There was a cocktail hour and then dinner with the trainees. The first day really helped because we met who was going to interview us and we were able to candidly ask questions to the trainees. The second day consisted of 4 one on one interviews which were mostly situation and behavioral based questions.
Keep in mind that 10,000 + people apply and 500 people receive phone interviews. Only 30 people are hired.

Had a one hour phone interview. They immediately invited me to st.louis for three hours of one on one behavioral interviews. ALL behavioral based questions, mostly for convincing others to see your way. Still have not heard back from them and it has been four weeks. I hope thats a good thing!

They were very nice and asked a few behavioral questions like, "Give me a time when you had a difficult decision to make and how you went about solving it." There were also question asking why I chose Nestle Purina to interview with.

I was contacted by the company and asked to phone interview with them at my earliest convenience. The interview was shorter than i expected (25-30 minutes). The interview was with an HR representative. She asked me to walk her through my resume and then answer some behavioral based questions. There were about 4 questions in total and none of them were unexpected.

Interviewer was very friendly and conversational. After some initial questions about availability, I was asked to tell about myself. Then I had only two behavioral questions, but they really probed into each question. I was asked 3-4 followup questions per question. Be prepared to explain the details and minutiae of your stories.

1st round - HR phone interview. Basic questions like why Purina, why marketing, then you had about 4 behavioral questions talking about an interesting project and a time you had a conflict.
2nd round - 3 hours of interviews with 3 brand managers, all behavioral. Questions like what did your last job performance review say you need to improve, most interesting presentation, most challenging project...etc. Tip: prepare about 15 "stories" to show the skills that are looking for.
