This is a 1:1 30 minutes interview. All questions are like basic HR questions, what is your favorite course, what is the most difficult decision you have ever made...They will ask you to fill a location preference form.

The OMT program is a five years trainee program. This is a 1:1 30 minutes interview, all typical HR questions and behavioral questions, such as what is your favorite class, what is the most difficult decision you had ever made. If you passed it, there is final round on-site interview.

There is a 1:1, 30 minute campus interview and if you do well you are invited to a full-day interview process at another location such as Chicago. The questions were ALL behavioral based (no technical questions) and have questions ready about nestle. Most of the questions were about interactions with people.
