Interviewed Apr 2011 in Vienna, VA (took 3 days)
I applied on my colleges job seeking website and got a response the next day. My campus recruiter gave me a 30-minute phone screen. Then, the HR Business Partner gave me another 30 minute phone interview. After that they brought me to the office location for four back-to-back 30-minute interviews with various members of staffing and HR.
You should be able to answer why you chose the college you go to and any questions invovling the job position you're applying for. Interviewers were extremely laid back and casual.
The main thing about interviewing is to just have 4 or 5 projects/work experiences/school experiences that you are ready to talk about and know how you can relate them to interview questions. Once you have practiced these anecdotes, you can apply them to most interview questions.

Interviewed Mar 2010 (took a day)
I was interviewed by system software department for an internship position
There are three people to interview with you in a row, each for 30 minutes
The first interviewer (manager) introduced you the company and their work
the second interviewer(senior engineer) asked about concepts of C programming and algorithm
such as : if a program works most of time but break occasionally, what can be the causes? or
propose a real problem they met and asked you what kind of data structures can be used to solve the problem?
The third interviewer(junior engineer) went through your resume and asked details about your school projects. then asked you to write a small piece of C program such as sorting algorithm.

Interviewed Jun 2010 (took a day)
It was a relatively short interview, probably the first of several. The questions were software development focused, with an emphasis on how I went about solving previous problems and the sorts of bugs I was familiar with. They were interested in Python and Ruby experience, and they were also interested in how much I knew about higher-order functions such as map and reduce.

Interviewed Nov 2010 in Research Triangle Park, NC (took a day)
I had a very long phone interview with Director who asked me to come in and interview in person with others. The interview in person consisted of 3 people on potential team, and one manager of sister team. Each person was in the room one at a time, lasting about and hour per person. The first person was strictly technical, next was a little bit technical and a bit personality fit, third was all personality. The last person was the lead for the group. He was interesting. The entire hour I felt like I was watching a peacock spread its tail feathers and dance around. He talked about himself quite a bit and every once in a while he mentioned a game we were to play at the end. Well towards the end of the painful hour he decided to play this GREAT game. The game was basically throwing out two words and I needed to pick one without thinking...this was fun. "Sober" or "Party", "Complacent" or "Bored", it took him 3-4 minutes between each set of words to think of the next set. By the end of all this I realized I could not take this person as my lead, and I think my attitude showed that. Not to mention the fact that on the way out he showed me all the great video games and ping pong tables, but said "You don't want to get caught using this stuff when others are working." Cool.

Interviewed Mar 2011 in Research Triangle Park, NC (took 2 days)
I recieved a phone call by one of the two people that would later interview me. She asked me 15ish technical questions and skipped a bunch of the others. The very next day they wanted an in person interview. I met my contact and she took me in a room and threw some light questions at me and then a man "burst" through the door and immediately started asking more technical questions and really drilling in. It seemed like a good cop bad cop kinda ploy and very unproffessional. It was almost like they were bored with interviewing and wanted to mix it up.
The only reason I put the interview was difficult is I wanted to tell them how stupid they were being but had to hold my tongue.

Pleasant, in depth exchange. Companies can afford to be very picky in this client. I was amused at how many different roles and skills sets they try to pack into one position. I expect they will find a young man they would be willing to train to meet the many disparate requirements.
