Interviewed Jan 2008 in Houston, TX (took a day)
The initial phone interview was very smooth, the interviewer was the supervisor for the position. It was very relaxed. After the phone interview, I was asked to come in for a face-to-face. This consisted of a lunch with the supervisor, then a series of interviews with other people in the marketing department. The questions were straightforward and the atmosphere was very relaxed, yet everyone was very professional. I was also given a tour of the Houston offices.

Negotiation Details
This was a little rocky. I was quoted several different salaries and actually offered the position by the supervisor at one rate, only to be offered the position by HR at a much lower rate.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Background Check.
