I applied through a recruiter and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at NetLine in September 2011.
Interview Details – First there was a phone interview with the recruiting director. This was very short as they were trying to get faces in front of their Sales Management team. After that, there was a phone interview with the President. 2nd, there was another phone interview with the CMO. At that point, a half day of face to face interview (all one-on-one) with the Top Management team, consisting of a total of about 3.5 hours. It was a day full of action packed strategy questions and philosophical questions on how you would perform in the roll.
