Interviewed Nov 2011 (took a day)

Was first interviewed by HR, which went great. Excited about the product. Then interview with individual who would have been my supervisor went sour. He had me on speaker phone so there was a terrible delay. Any time he paused for response, I'd start to answer and he'd bulldoze me. He turned the whole thing into a rant about how bad it was going there before he changed things. After a while, I realized he was doing all the talking, and I was barely able to get a word in edgewise. He cussed freely, which I excused at first, but he became increasingly comfortable airing his aggression. My attempts at diffusing the conversation by changing the subject or saying something kind were either unnoticed or unappreciated-- I couldn't tell. I did not feel comfortable pursuing the position as a result of his demeanor.
