Interviewed Sep 2011 (took 7 weeks)
I waited a lot in the lobby between interviews. I met with about 7 individuals. I thought the interviews went great; though a couple of the interviewees were harder to read.

Very thorough. Good cross section of employees to speak with. The decision to hire was made very quickly. Offer was made quickly. The expectation to accept and start quickly were very high. Salary was competitive. They are tough at negotiation and pride themselves on the process. Stick to your guns if you want more than they are offering as long as you are not out of line with the market in general.

Interviewed Aug 2010 (took 5 days)
Interview was very quick. I spent more time filling out the application than in the actual interview. They did not give any timelines as to when they would make there decision. Interviewer seemed rushed. I had applied for two different positions and had to ask which one they were interviewing for as they never stated during initial phone call and follow up email.

Interviewed May 2008 in Fort Worth, TX (took a day)
I applied online on New Breed home page and was contacted the same day I submitted my resume. I spoke with the Recruiting Department at the Corporate HQ and they talked with me about my experience, goals, compensation etc. and then scheduled a phone interview with the manager for the nect day. He called me as planned and went over the position and my skills in more detail and then asked me to come in for a personal interview. When I interviewed in person I met the manager over the role, manages from other teams that had similar positions, and also saw the Vice President responsible for the IT department. The discussions I had were very detailed and gave me a good idea as to what I could expect if I was made an offer and joined the company.

Interviewed Jun 2010 in High Point, NC (took a day)
I applied online through one of the major job boards and was directed to New Breed's home page to submit my resume. I got a call the next day from the HR Department to schedule a personal interview. The people I met with were pleasant, professional, and represented their company well. The interview team consisted of other developers, development managers, development directors, as well as the CIO. It’s rare for a company to have prospective employees at my level meet with a senior executive in the company and I appreciated the chance to display my skills and knowledge to the most senior person in the IT Department. The company has clear objectives, uses state-of-the-art technology and has really positioned itself for continued success. While I did not receive an offer from New Breed, I would recommend the organization to anybody looking for a career with a dynamic fast paced industry leader. I found the recruiting group to be one of the most professional and knowledgeable organizations I have been in contact with as I continue to search for a new position.

Interviewed Sep 2009 in High Point, NC (took a day)
The interview was with two executives about director level and was fairly easy. During the process, I spent a lot of time waiting for the first/next interview in the lobby. I noticed that employees signed in and out for lunch, plus male employees wore shirts and ties. The FOX news channnel played in the lobby, even though most company's wish to keep politics out of business. The will to work clause is heavily emphasized, a little more than most applications I have filled out.
During the interview process, one manager frequently interrupted to take phone calls. The interview took place during lunch, almost non-stop with no breaks and a polite thanks but no thanks afterwards. Management is very big on paying dues, by working LONG hours. This was emphasized during the interview process. The comments above represent my perceptions, which does not imply they are facts. It is up to the applicant to draw their own conclusions. Personally, I don't feel like this company is the right fit for me, but it may be different for you.
