Staff RN Interview

Staff RN

I applied online and the process took 1 week - interviewed at New England Baptist Hospital.

Interview Details – My interview process was very relaxed and friendly. Initially I was very nervous because I has just recently graduated from college. I first met and interviewed with and HR manager then interviewed with the Nurse Manager on the floor that I had applied on. I also met with the charge nurse on the floor at that time. The interview response was good. I was able to be myself and they liked that. I got a call back within that week asking if I would except the position pending if I passed my boards. I like the fact that I had applied online!

Interview Question – "What do you have to offer?" is always a question that is the most difficult to answer. Not sure if you want to answer the question in a professional manner or personal manner. My qualities in my personal life is what patients connect to. A patient can tell your truly sympathetic or just trying to get the job done.   Answer Question
