Interview Details – The interview was very comfortable. My boss was great. What she was really trying to figure out was would I be someone she could sit in a classroom and listen to for 8 hours. I had some experience with the programs I was to teach, but those skills could be learned. She wanted to guage my personality.

Negotiation Details – I was offered a little less that I had been making as a high school teacher. I should have fought for more. I left a year later to pursue higher pay at a different company, and within a month, my boss asked me to come back for an $8,000/year raise.
