Bus Operator Interview

Bus Operator

Interviewed at New Jersey Transit

Interview Details – depends on your level of experience, but will hire you with a c.d.l. and train you for your license while paying you. for example ... If you have never driven a bus you will most likely have to take a multiple choice personality test, then get a call saying you passed that and be pulled in for an interview. but if you have over 2-3 years experience you may be overlooked on the test and go straight to the interview.

Negotiation Details – no negotiation phase, but they did give me a choice of which base i would operate my bus from.
