I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week - interviewed at New York City Housing Authority in February 2013.

    Interview Details

One phone interview and one face-to-face interview. Phone interview approximately 40 minutes; face-to-face less than 30 minutes. Phone interview is basically a detailed review of resume with clarification of past job responsibilities, with particular emphasis on the nature of past project management accomplishments. Face-to-face interview involved a 10 minute overview of open position and job requirements and 15 minutes of questions that sought to determine if candidate's experience matches the experience sought for the open position, e.g. "What experience have you had with working with board members, upper management and other high level stakeholders?"
