Referred from the manager of the job interested in. The interviewers were three high ranking supervisors. I was asked to describe why i felt i was the best person for this position. My arrest and sick record were reviewed and questioned. If your sick record is excessive be ready to explain reason why, such as unexpected illnesses. Your disciplinary record will be a big determining factor, especially when interviewing for an internal investigation position.
