Application

I applied online. The process took 2 daysinterviewed at Newell Rubbermaid in November 2010.

Interview

I spoke to two people on the phone first, HR and then my potential supervisor. After that they brought me in for a four-hour interview with five different people. Everyone was professional. Because I was the first Flash Developer brought on board there weren't many technical questions, mostly about how I work and what kind of workplace I prefer. They did give one brain teaser mostly to see how I worked through problems, they didn't care if I got it right or not.

Interview Questions

Negotiation

I was able to negotiate a little. I tried to get 3 weeks vacation but Newell was pretty strict about that so they gave me more money instead.
