Interviewed Mar 2012 (took 2 weeks)
The interview process was two part. First round interviews were held at their local office and consisted of two 1:1 interviews. There was an information session the evening before and helpful additional information was given. The next day I received notice that I was selected for their second/ final round of interviews. I visited their New York office for the Spring HQ/ hiring event where 42 other candidates were. The trip consisted of a small presentation, cocktail hour and dinner the first evening. The next day was 7 interviews. It is a long process, but very comfortable and helps you feel like yourself.

Interviewed Mar 2012 in Chicago, IL (took 4 weeks)
I submitted my resume for an on-campus interview and was asked to come in to interview with them. There was an information session the night before the the interview which was helpful to get a feel of what the two interviewers were like. They are very open and upfront about everything, and have nothing to hide. I did some research on the company and they have so much on the website so you'll be set if you just know about what the position is, what the company does, and what are the products they sell. The next day I had a 30 min interview with an HR representation back to back with 30 min interview with the Senior VP Regional Manager of Sales. They were both very friendly and the interviews were conversational. The HR was more administrative and Why sales type questions and the other one was conversational about my background and past experiences. I got an email two days later saying that I was invited to the HQ event for the final interview held in NY. The event was 4 weeks after my initial interview and they covered everything from travel to hotel to nice dinner, it was a very impressive experience. There was a presentation where the CEO gave a talk, had a QA with him and also some other people who worked there as well. Watched a few videos to get an idea of the culture and had a cocktail reception after that. We all got to meet all of the people who we were interviewing with the next day and just socialize with them and the other candidates. Then we had a really nice dinner with current ACs and some HR people as well. This was one of my favorite things because we got to ask them questions about everything and they gave us tips on the interviewers and more about the job too. The next day I had 7 interviews with executive members and other managers that were 40 mins each. The night before they gave us bios on all the interviewers so it was helpful to look that over as well as have really good questions prepared, and not just generic ones to ask. They provided breakfast and lunch as well as a hotel night stay. Everyone was very welcoming, sincere, nice, funny and friendly. I got a call two days later, extending the offer to me which I accepted. The culture of the office was very young and energetic, the office was beautiful and very open, and the management and higher up people really care about those lower on the rungs and don't look down upon anyone, they really value their employees.

Interviewed Feb 2012 in Atlanta, GA (took 2 weeks)
I really enjoyed the interview process with NAM. I was initially contacted by a recruiter and asked basic questions regarding my level of interest in the position and the organization. The recruiter was very pleasant and definitely displayed her love for the organization. Next, I moved onto a day of three 1 on 1 interviews in the Atlanta office. Here, I met with two Senior Account Directors and 1 Group Sales Manager, all of whom were extremely nice and seemed to really care about their jobs and the organization. The next day, I was informed that I was selected to move on to the final round of 5 interviews with Execs and HR in New York City. They paid for all related travel expenses and had me eat lunch with an Account Associate and an Account Coordinator. Once again, everyone I met with was fantastic as well as extremely nice and helpful. The following Monday (I interviewed on a Wednesday), I was contacted in the afternoon and informed that they wanted me to join their Atlanta office, which I accepted. Overall, it was a great experience and you definitely get a grasp for the organization. It is full of talented people who tend to stay there for a long time.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in Brooklyn, NY (took 2 days)
Had an interview with them on campus which took an hour and got the opportunity to fly to New York for the round of final interviews. It was a bit difficult because it was 7 interviews basically and it lasted all day so it was a bit rough but overall, it was a good experience that I enjoyed and you got a whole night to explore the city before you need to go in for interviews. Great location and very formal.

Interviewed Feb 2012 in Atlanta, GA (took 2 days)
The process started with an information session- they were very thorough and they laid out the pay structure which was very nice to know up front. The starting salary was around $40000. Then the next day I had two interviews- one with an Account director and one with a recruiter. They were nice, but I was the last one they interviewed so they were exhausted after the 15 other people they had that day. they asked basic questions on who pays them for the coupons and ads- the answer is the grocery store. I did well but I was not over enthusiastic about the job- so I was a poor fit for the company.

Interviewed Oct 2010 (took 3 weeks)
1. Career fair.
2. Invited to sign up for a “pre-interview meeting” (to explain the interview process) and for 2 one-on-one interviews.
3. Moved on to the HQ event in NYC for 2 days. Day 1 was greetings and a cocktail/dinner party. They will continue to fill your glass of wine up if you let them (this is obviously still an interview though, so be smart, or just have fun...). Day 2 was about 7 back to back interviews.
4. They called to offer the position the next day.
Everyone wanted to know that you are 100% about sales, even though you don't start off selling in your first role. After talking with other interviewees, we gathered that management seemed surprised that so many of us wanted this position.
Ask the questions “How is it that you can hire so many people?” "What's your turnover rate and why?" "Explain 2 days in the life of the Account Coordinator" “When do I actually get to sell to the clients?”

Negotiation Details
I tried negotiating a higher base salary, but with so many other people wanting the job, I was unable to. They ended up restructuring the pay scale to a more desirable base, but still no commission since you are not selling anything yourself.

Interviewed Feb 2012 in Atlanta, GA (took 3 months)
Took them about 3 months to get back to me after having a friend, who works there, submit my resume. The phone interview was great, the woman was very receptive and seemed like me a lot. I moved on to interview with two individuals at the local branch. They were very nice and the interview, I believe, went very well. There were a few verbal flubs I made but nothing serious. I thought I was somewhat of a shoe-in but 2 days later received an email saying I wasn't want they were looking for. Was hoping for a bit more of an explanation, definitely a bit of a let down.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in Atlanta, GA (took 6+ weeks)
The company is very professional and I had a great interview experience. The phone interview is first to determine if you want a role and career in sales. Next they interview at the office to which you are applying. After the second in person interview, I was flown to New York to complete the final round of interviews with HQ to have the final say in employment. There several executive interviews are given and they give you lunch with current ACs.
It was a great experience and with proper preperation, success can be achieved.

Interviewed Dec 2010 in Chicago, IL (took a day)
I was asked a lot about my interest in sales and also what I know about the company. THey seemed very interested in me being extremely interested in moving up in their company. The job isn't a lot of cold calling which is why it was weird to me that they wanted you to be gung-ho about sales. THe interviewer seemed like she liked me and I never heard back.
