Interviewed Jan 2008 (took a day)
The interview stage was fairly easy. It was all about people you know. It definitely helps to know people working for the company or at least people who use to work for the company. Also would be helpful if you know people in the industry so you can bring up common names.

Negotiation Details
There is really no negotiation phase. The offer is the offer. They claim that they have no money and while I don't believe that, this is their reasoning for not giving people raises or bonuses. They have the ability but instead deny it.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.
