Interviewed Oct 2011 (took 2 weeks)
I had a conversation with the recruiter who set me up for two phone screens: One was supposed to be with a more senior person who was supposed to talk to me about the company while the other was supposed to be from a person who would do a generic 101 tech screen. The tech screen was fairly easy but involved writing a lot of code. The senior person never called and rescheduled for another day where he missed the call and then called me a half an hour later when I had already left. The call was weird: He first asked me if I was in front of a computer and then tried to to do a tech interview instead of telling me about the company. He followed on with some silly behavioral questions in a rather aggressive manner. I didn't think too much of the whole experience until I got the call to do an onsite. The experience was not bad: I found the engineers fairly smart with typical data structures/algorithm questions. I finally met with the same dude whose phone screen I found weird. He keeps on acting like an @$$hole, then once everything is done, walks me down out of the building. I ask him when I can hear back from the company - He tells me that if I wanted to I should take any of the other offers I had because they would take their own time in making a decision. I was like WTF.
In a few days they sent me a not too exciting offer which I probably would have taken if it were not for the extremely weird vibe that guy gave me.
Reason for Declining
The money was decent but not great. I thought the manager was an @$$hole.

Interviewed Oct 2011 (took 3 days)
The recruiter set up a meeting with the manager. The manager had an extremely thick chinese accent, and seemed extremely hostile to everything I said. There's a chance I misheard his questions, and he was attacking me for that...? The questions on my background and on computing should have been easy for me, but the manager made me want to hang up the phone. Anyway, I would not want to work for a department like this.

Interviewed Apr 2010 (took 4 weeks)
Easy pleasant Interview process. Spoke with head of Product Sales team for the US, who was great and has gone on to become a friend. He asked pertinent questions and was well prepared, and very honest and forthcoming about the job.
2 more interviews followed with the VP for Sales who was very warm, professional and also detailed in her questions about previous experience, perception of the market and my strategy for market penetration. I was asked to prepare and submit a Market Penetration/Sales strategy for the role. Final Interview with Company President who focused on my perception and input on the new site, and my understanding of the market as it was a new venture for them. He'd read my strategy document which was nice, and had some great feedback. He seemed impressed with it, which was great!

Interviewed Nov 2009 in San Mateo, CA (took 4+ weeks)
Got a call from a recruiter. I had never heard of the company before - surprising, since they've been around for so long. Made it through the screen and joined for an in person interview a week or so later. That meeting went well and I was called back for a second interview with director and VPs. The group seemed fairly competent, but you could tell they did not have much experience with product management with a very small product management team.
I did not meet with the rest of the product management team, who would become my peers, which struck me as odd. In retrospect, it was like they were trying to hide something. Interview room was a total dump, office was a dump (I hear they've since moved), which I should have taken as a sign that they do not reinvest in the employees and company. Profits are milked from the cash cow by senior management and investors.
Interview questions were fine. "Describe how you would prioritize projects", "Describe how you do feature tests on the site", "What type of testing are you familiar with".

Interviewed Jun 2009 (took 3 days)
Easily the worst set of interviews I've ever had.
I had eight 1-1 interviews over a period of 3 days (it seemed they couldn't make their minds or whatever).
1. Guy1 had questions on (and only on) fibonacci trees (for some strange reason he seemed to be enamored with it ). I later found from friends at the company that this was his (only!) pet question.
2. Guy2's english was was beyond comprehension; the guy seemed to be a south east Asian. I had to ask for clarification multiple times. The guy was really adamant if I showed any disagreement to his 'correct' answers.
3. Guy3 was completely disinterested for whatever reason. His questions were technical but easy.
There were a couple of good interviews but in general the experience was very bad. The company doesn't seem to realize that interviews are a process where not only should the interviewee impress the interviewer, but the interviewer (and the company) strive to impress the interviewee.

Reason for Declining
Although there were a few good interviewers and the pay was decent, in general I got a sense of incompetent future colleagues. I didn't accept the offer.

Interviewed Jan 2009 in San Mateo, CA (took 2 days)
The recruiter found my resume online and contacted me for a Software Engineer position. We just exchanged emails and the recruiter sent me an online programming test to solve. It was a problem to find the number of perfect shuffles required to return the deck to its original order given a deck of nCards and cutting iCut number of cards from the top. I wrote the program in java and sent over the solution. After that I did not hear back from them. I thought I did pretty well. But overall, a nice experience.

Interviewed Oct 2010 (took 4 months)
After my phone interview, I got the one on one interview with the decision maker for the position( As he said he is) the interview took almost 3 hours and consist of personal and technical questions howevr none had any goal objective to it as he even did not know what is the position should be.
I had asked to create some documents and agenda for what the job should look like!
Then I had a full afternoon interview with some higher ranks in the company for another 4hours with lots of personal and technical questions again that still didn't have any main objective of the job description!!
At the end of the Interview I had asked for another Job detail description along with daily agenda again!!
Third interview was with new hire employee that supposed to be my boss! It took another 3 hours with lots of detail question about my current job plus questions about contacts names and networks in the business!! Again at the end I have been asked to provide another information list for him!!
At last after 3 months I got an e-mail for background check and references, which I provide and which they called, made an appointment to conduct the confirmation interview with my references Which they never called back !! (made me realy look bad infornt of my references!!)
Now it's 4 months passed! After all the follow ups and all the e-mail's, I have still not got the answer !!!
I think this company definitely has the lack of direction, Although everyone is very polite and nice but seems like the company has too much VP's and Directors that seems cannot make a decision and also to do the job!!

Interviewed Jun 2008 in San Mateo, CA (took 7 weeks)
The questions lacked an objective. The person conducted the interview without preparing questions in advance showing zero respect for my time and efforts. He didn't answer any of my questions about the company. I wasn't encouraged to ask questions neither, and it was obvious that the interviewer knew little about the job.
