Interviewed Jun 2008 (took 3+ weeks)
Firstly, I had a telephonic test. wherein twenty multiple choice questions was asked and the interviewer then recorded my answers.
In the second round, I had a 2 on 1 interview wherein I was asked to explain my current project and my technical skillset. There were couple of Scenarios that I was asked to resolve.
Overalll, the interview was more of fit based and evaluation of tech skills.

The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test and a Skills Test.
