If I had to sum up NextPage's approach to interviewing in one word it would be "Functional".The first part of the interview will be used to ascertain a candidates 'fit' with the corporate environment. Engineers are then put into a room for one hour, given a task (e.g. creating a program that would alphabetize a database using Java) and are checked up on in after the time expires. Interviews for sales type positions will consist of a second round during which the interviewee will have to 'pitch' the NextPage software to the interviewer.
