Interview
nice interview, pretty basic promised that the salary would grow to a nice high amount
I don't think the guy interviewing was there all that long. Seems like the turnover was high and I should have been more skeptical of that. Training is like 2 months...so money is not great for that time period.

Interview
The interview process was organized and straightforward overall. One area that stood out was that the hiring manager appeared somewhat disengaged during our conversation. Their demeanor came across as irritated or uninterested at times, which made it difficult to gauge enthusiasm for the role and team. While this may have simply been due to a busy day or scheduling demands, it affected the overall interview experience making me not want the role.

What would you say if a client was not ready to sign the documents and wanted more time to think about it?

It was a job fair setting at their main office. Sat in a waiting room with other applicants. Interviewed with 2 people asking typical questions about sales such as background, technique, qualities, and information about the company. Do I know what they do? They're a telecommunications company that sells and services VOIP products. They described how fun a place it is to work.

Interview
It was a fairly easy process I sat outside while others interviewed. They were standard questions on my sales experience. I was a little nervous but they put me at ease.
