Interview

First an Aptitude was conducted testing your verbal and analytical skills. Then the HR round and two technical rounds. Difficulty of technical rounds was high. thorough understanding of market research methodologies is must.

    I applied through the the online job portal, then after a week got mail a for the aptitude test. Aptitude test had three sections quant based, case study, a report writing and a grammar test.. The level of difficulty was high for quant as compared to other section. One really has to manage time to be able to attempt all those section

    4 rounds through campus placement ....1st Aptitude test...fairly difficult .... includes questions from logic & quants .... also from english vocabulary & letter writing or paragraph summarizing...then hr interview ....technical interview...then interview with VP or some more higher level employee...questions become more general towards final rounds...

    Interview

    An aptitude with quants, verbal, letter writing to a client and a case study as sections with sectional cut-off. It was an elimination round.Followed by 1 h.r . and 3 technical interviews. First hr and technical interview then elimination then another technical interview then elimination then vp call and final offer.

    Interviewed in 2010. Process may have changed since then. Had one aptitude test. Fairly simple except for 2-3 tricky questions. This was followed by 2 rounds of interview. One was technical with simple to moderate difficulty DI questions interpretation and a couple of marketing questions. The other was plain HR questions

    There is a fairly difficult aptitude test. If you clear their internal cut offs then you will get interview call. 3 Rounds of interviews. First with HR, then with Team Leaders and finally with Associate Manager.
