The process took 2 months - interviewed at Nintendo of America in April 2012.
Interview Details – After a telephone interview with HR, an in-person panel interview followed. It was about 4 hours with 1 or 2 people in each one-hour slot. Most of the people were really great with the exception of one recently hired program manager who likened himself to a professional athlete in his career model. He asked questions about hostility, used profanity and wanted to know if the team members failed to perform was I ready, as a project manager, to step in and do their jobs for them. He also asked if I used profanity to improve the performance of non-performing team members.
