I applied for a position to be their vacation intern and was invited for a 1 to 1 interview. Questions asked were standard questions: Can you tell me about Nippon Oil?, Tell me about yourself and your family, Where do you see yourself in five years?, What did you do in your previous internships?, Are you one to wait for instructions or are you proactive?
Interviewers were not too harsh or mean, overall experience was pretty relaxed.
