Interview Details – hiring happens at the branch or Department level without any HR round. Mostly the existing employees only refer the candidates. Most often these candidates are either friends or relatives of the existing employees.Usually there two rounds..one by the reporting manager and the next by the HR coordinator who in reality doesn't have the expertise of the HR
