Interview Details – 2 rounds, one with HR and one with some senior person in your desired vertical. Since the company is more or less a proprietory kind of business, HR round doesnt matter much. Interview Details – hiring happens at the branch or Department level without any HR round. Mostly the existing employees only refer the candidates. Most often these candidates are either friends or relatives of the existing employees.Usually there two rounds..one by the reporting manager and the next by the HR coordinator who in reality doesn't have the expertise of the HR

Interview Details – initial round s conducted face o face where all about introduction was asked , second round was conducted again face to face in core knowledge of product and experience was asked along with this salary negotiation last and final telephonic in which conformation was given .
