Interviewed Oct 2010 in Montigny-le-Bretonneux (France) (took 2 weeks)
In one day I had an interview scheduled with the HR, 2 future team members, and 1 manager. HR girls asked typical questions about CV and how I would fit the company. THe 2 team members seemed to be interviewing somebody for the first time and did not know what to ask, and in the end they gave me a laptod and tested my Excel skills. Really basic. Then the Manager asked questions on the background in Purchasing. when would I like to start.
The interview was quite easy, however, the whole process was not organized very well, and the team members in the end appeared to be not very professional also in a daily work. SO after 7 months i left the company and happy about it.

Interviewed Nov 2009 in Trappes (France) (took 1 week)
There were two 1:1 interviews, about a week apart; the first one with a Recruiting Coordinator and the second one with the future Manager. It is an open discussion type of interview, the interviewer mostly describes the job requirements and duties of the future employee and inquire on the main aspects of the applicant's previous experiences. Little focus on educational background. There were a couple of behavioral questions but nothing too fancy.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Bronx, NY (took a day)
Interested strictly with prior experience. If the answer was no, the interview was basically over. Others from my school that interviewed for the same position that had replied yes to the prior experience question had more positive interviews, but still no offers.
