The HR interview included typical questions trying to evaluate willingness to learn and experiment. I was asked about possible areas that could be improvised on including new ideas that could be brought on the table. The online personality test that followed was rather queer. Every question in the questionnaire had 8 possible options which one had to be arranged in a most favorable to least favorable order.
