I applied through a recruiter and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Nisum Technologies in January 2013.
Interview Details – There was 1 phone screen. The questions were about Java class loading etc. Some basic questions about hibernate, spring etc. The onsite was about 15 minutes of conversation with the Director.

Interview Details – First there was an initial interview to know the back ground and my day to day activities at the current organization, with very minimal project management questions, then the second round consisted thorough interview in various aspects of project management covering my sizing, estimations, risk management, change management, scheduling and tracking (it is more on lines of PMP theory), third round consisted of elaborate talk about the current work and various project management skills I would apply in different situations,third round was the director, last round consisted of personal interview with the HR head
Reason for Declining – I was not being relieved by the current employer and hence has to decline the offer, otherwise company looked promising for me
