The notice was put up on our college notice board. I applied online, the technical tests were conducted. The technical tests consisted of aptitude questions like flipping hour glasses, cutting pies and other easy ones. Then there was a paper on critical thinking - they give you some problems, you need to analyze it and then answer them. Answer honestly. They have certain requirements - GPS, Microcontrollers, C Programming, web programming etc., tell them your strong points. I suggest you not to go with C Programming as everyone writes that. Tell them if you have done some important projects related to space sciences. It will be a plus point. The interview process was pretty simple, you need to convince them that you can travel from one place in Bangalore to another very easily and among other things they observe your body language a lot, be careful. Don't worry about your dresses, I wore casuals to the interview.
