Interview Details – First round was a telephonic interview , with general questions about Telecom domain, Face to Face was more details about Telecom Domain Knowledge. Perl scripting and Unix commands were asked.
Describe TCP stack and how communication is established. Testing cycle, Software development life cycle.
Puzzles were asked to test the IQ level

I applied through a staffing agency and the process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at Nokia India in August 2013.

Interview Details – It was tough. 5 rounds of technical + 1 round of HR. They expect you to write the code in front of them. They check your analytic skills, how good is your algorithm , your knowledge on java design patterns and last but not the least "The way you approach a problem to look for a solution"

Interview Question – Gave a take home mini web project to solve & come back which had around 10 requirements. I was given 4 days to to implement it which I did in time & send them by e-mail.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – Not a pay master but good salary. There are some goodies included in the CTC like reimbursement for home internet connection, dental treatment etc.
