    Interview Details

    It was tough. 5 rounds of technical + 1 round of HR. They expect you to write the code in front of them. They check your analytic skills, how good is your algorithm , your knowledge on java design patterns and last but not the least "The way you approach a problem to look for a solution"

    • Gave a take home mini web project to solve & come back which had around 10 requirements. I was given 4 days to to implement it which I did in time & send them by e-mail.   Answer Question

    Interview Details

    3 rounds of Interview + HR round. Mostly in-depth C/C++, Data structures, etc. In HR round, asked expectation but got little less than that (should have asked more, always ask more :) ). In technical interviews, asked C++ stuff like memory layout of object, virtual table, etc. Some C++ programs - solution/debugging, etc.

    1. Filled a general online form on their website. 2. Questions related to sustainable development were asked in the form itself. 3. Selected candidates were contacted via phone, and asked for an interview in New Delhi. 4. In the interview, the candidates were asked many questions like their weakness, ability to transform sustainable solutions etc. 5. After the interview candidates were selected for the fellowship based upon their performance.

    Interview Details

    The Interview for a position in Beijing. It started off well and the interviewer was quite friendly. The questions were basically on how the interviewee handled stress and what new ideas had the interviewee mooted for the improvement of the process. The interview was friendly and was a two-way conversation. The one-to-one interview was followed by a HR call from Beijing, China. It was on whole a nice experience.

    First round was telephonic went well thought i will get into nokia without knowing their crookednes. Then came the 2nd round and that guy was little suspicious when he took the interview his intentions were not to select a candidate he asked questions where he was not sure of and finally he called another two guys as panel for interview and the 2nd interviewer left they started asking strategical questions if you have to do this what would you. Really i was innocent i did answer all of them thought i will make it through. after the final round 2nd interviewer told that there is manager round and we will pass the feedback to manager and will call you another day i was not having any suspicion during that time 4 days gone no calls from hr then i called hr and found that i was not selected and hr told he will send the feedback u can use it for your growth neither did he. Then i thoughtover the entire situation and realized this was not an interview they used my skills to solve their immediate problem without any money being spent for external consultant. How cheap nokia is one of the cheap companies in india have seen.
