First I was contacted in LinkedIn by a recruiter, I sent me CV and we schedule a phone interview with the hiring manger, one week later they contact me for a panel interview, i had to do a BS- personality -IKnowWohYuAreTest-.
I meet 4 guys from the department, all were senior engineers the question vary from wide technical to specialized RF question, at the end the HR-women jumped in and the party started, i couldnt concentrate because she was very cute :-(
At all, I would say, it was ok!

Interviewed Feb 2011 (took 4 weeks)
After I send my application by mail, the first contact was a phone interview where hard technical facts were asked (I guess to filter the people). After that I was invited to a 1:1 Interview where they wanted to know some more about my background (previous employer, previous projects) and technical skills. Later at home I had to attend a personality test via Internet - as preparation for the next interview, which was scheduled 2 weeks later. This interview took 4 hours. One hour each for: personnel manager, project manager, skill tests and finally something to puzzle over. Two days later I had a very goo job offer. The strange things: I was not allowed to see my prospective workplace and they did not plan any time for initial training.

Interviewed Jun 2010 in Berlin, Berlin (Germany) (took 2+ weeks)
The interview went all on Phone as I was located in different geography.
There were total of 8 small = big telecon rounds.
Some of the people gave very +ve feedback.
Since, Nokia was in bad shape and due to visa issues, they did not offered me any position.
Most of the interviews from Berlin team but 1-2 were also from London Nokia team
Overall interviews were fine and well timed and planned.

Interviewed Jun 2011 (took 2 days)
You do a phone interview initially with the head of HR. If that interview goes well they put you through to the head of the department you will be reporting to. The interview is done well, with relevant practical questions and a very deep interest in getting to know the candidate.

Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
- I don't believe in the product and/or the marketing approach the company is taking.
- I wasn't happy with the compensation.
- I realized there is more regional travel involved than expected.
- I didn't like the size of operations in that team/department/business unit.

Interviewed Jun 2011 in Burlington, MA (took a day)
I was interviewed by five different people that would've been my peers. Except for the initial disucssion with the business manager, the interview teams seemed to lack any real training or preparation in interviewing and the questions seemed haphazard and disorganized. I felt like they were going through the motions of interviewing and that another candidate had already been picked.
The interviewers seemed beaten, tired and lacking energy. A common question that was asked was about how I handled conflict management.
I got a bad feeling about the Nokia given the low energy of the group, and the common question about conflict management.

Interviewed May 2011 in Berlin, Berlin (Germany) (took 2 weeks)
Generally hiring process is OK, they do read CV's when submitting through their job site.
I had 2 interviews with two different people, basically their questions haven't match the position exactly, there were also some tricky questions, answers for which could be really different depending the project. This stuff is quite philosophical, and I didn't feel that interviewers were really confident to ask all needed stuff for this position, also almost no questions regarding my previous experiences. I haven't received an offer but I expected it after this interview process.
